The LG 500 / LG 800 faceting machine was developed to meet the high requirements for faceting quality and dimensional accuracy of straight or prismatic bodies in precision optics. The design is based on the proven prism slide technology. As a portable device, the machine can always be used at the appropriate workplace and only requires a 230V mains connection.
The speed is infinitely adjustable. The bevel height can be adjusted using a microscrew. Thanks to the ball-bearing prism guide, scratch-free processing can be guaranteed even on polished surfaces. The contact surface can be covered with a film to protect very sensitive components.
