The CG 322V rounding machine is a precision cylindrical grinding machine with 2 simultaneously driven workpiece spindles. The workpieces are clamped vertically in a stack between the two workpiece spindles via a force-controlled W-axis. Optionally, the workpiece spindles can be operated as a C-axis with gantry drive.

The CG 212V rounding machine is a high-precision CNC-controlled cylindrical grinding machine. Withthis machine, we offer an innovative solution in the field of cylindrical grinding / rounding grinding. The machine has 2 linear axes, 1 grinding spindle and 2 driven workpiece spindles in the gantry drive. Optionally, a B-axis, a 2nd grinding spindle, a dressing spindle and the workpiece spindle as a C-axis for polygon grinding can be added. The vertical clamping with programmable clamping force offers high process reliability and optimum setting options.
