The FB centerless grinding machine was developed for the precise grinding of synthetic bearing jewels, sapphire, watch crystals, ceramics and carbide. Thanks to the centerless grinding process and pneumatic feed control, workpieces are processed efficiently and with high dimensional accuracy. The machine was built and sold under the same name by Boccadoro before 2020.

The FB centerless grinding machine offers an efficient solution for precision grinding of small rotationally symmetrical workpieces. The workpieces are positioned between the grinding wheel and drive roller and supported by a carbide ruler. The machine operates in plunge-cut mode. The pneumatic feed control ensures uniform, force-controlled processing, while the oscillating diamond grinding wheel achieves the highest surface quality.
