The SGM cut-off machine is a powerful machine for precise cutting and grinding of brittle-hard materials. The machine has 3 linear axes and an optional indexing/rotary axis. The linear axes are located outside the machining area and are optimally protected against contamination. This guarantees a long service life and low maintenance requirements. The machine can also be used for grinding aspheres with grinding wheels using the peripheral grinding method.
