The METEOR MM12-US universal grinding machine is used for grinding and sharpening left and right cutting micro-tools, gravers, single and multi-flute milling cutters and boring tools. The diameter clamping range is 0.5mm to 13mm.

The METEOR MM-12-US grinding center is ideal for sharpening small right- and left-hand cutting tools with high precision and for producing gravers of all types and shapes. With a clamping range of 1 to 13 mm and an optional chuck for 0.2 to 6.2 mm, it offers flexibility for various grinding applications.
The grinding spindle has a speed of 5400 rpm. You can work with corundum, CBN or diamond grinding wheels.
The grinding center has 6 manual axes, which enable the exact positioning of the tool. A microscope with 10x or 20x magnification ensures precise adjustment and monitoring of the grinding process. Optionally, a 7th axis with micrometer can be attached to grind corner radii. The compact design and high precision make the machine a flexible and versatile solution for machining small and micro tools.
